Glasgow secure first
title

Glasgow Sports Division's men finally reached
the summit of Scottish basketball, their defeat of Troon securing their
first ever Senior League title.
Coached by James McKechnie, the Glaswegians
have broken the ten year stranglehold which Midlothian/Livingston Bulls
had held over the sport, and are worthy winners of the competition.
With only one loss in the league play to
date, Glasgow cannot now be overhauled by second placed St. Mirren with
three game remaining. However the Paisley side can console themselves with
a place in March 28's Cup final where they will meet Edinburgh Kings.
