Burger King Limerick 109 (46) 100 (55) Neptune
BJ McFarland 40 27 Charron Watson
Burger King Limerick came out winners after a very poor start. Neptune led for more that 3/4 of the game. Limerick turned up the pressure fourth quarter and finished winners 109-100 pointsTolka Rovers 108 82 St Vincent's
Coy Patterson 30 23 Mike TrimmerTyrone Towers 74 (43) 80 (43) Abbey Foods Sligo
Jamie Dell 21 22 Yann Fontenau
Jerrard Paige 20 22 Chadd Holmes
Michael Hand 12 14 Fergal Kelly
An in form Abbey Foods Sligo traveled to County Tyrone without their influential Greg Burston and also without their second American Mario Woodson but still took a win over their rock bottom hosts. This was a game Towers could and should have won but poor rebounding defensively and offensively was their undoing. Shane O' Meara, Chadd Holmes and Mal Daly stood tall for the men from the west. Tyrone threw away their half time equal score to give them yet another defeat in the league. It was another disappointing performance from the Northern team and only Jerrard Paige and to a lesser extent Michael Hand and Don Sonner can gain any satisfaction from their performance. Towers failed to capitalise on their early splendid performance and were punished by a consistent Sligo squad.Big Al's Notre Dame 88 (44) 81 (44) Hibernian UCD Marian
Seco Camera 28 21 Hamp Jones
A super shooting display from Seco Camera and Anthony Jenkins sank the visitors in the National Basketball Arena. Seco with 5 first half "threes" got the show on the road and Jenks with five in the second, wrapped up a win for Big Al's in this exciting tussle.Sx3 Star (78) 70 (44) 83 (70) (36) Dart Killester
Mervin Dixon 23 34 Chris Davis
Kenny McFarland 21 17 Eric Jackson
Garth Maguire 13 17 Damien Sealy
An injury for Gerard Ryan in overtime marred a victory for Killester in Belfast. After a long pass from Gareth Maguire, Eric Jackson and Ryan collided, leaving Ryan unmovable with a back injury which saw the young star taken to hospital. Star, having led 44-36 at half time and retaining their lead, 57-50 at the end of the third quarter were unfortunate not to wrap this one up. Killester's Eric Jackson got into foul trouble in the second quarter, and sat out the entire third quarter on four fouls. Jackson brought Killester back into contention in the last quarter and with two seconds to go they trailed 70-68. Killester leveled and outscored a distracted Star 13-8 in overtime to take the points back to Dublin.
Waterford Crystal 110 (55) 86 (51) Gleneagle Lakers
Ryan Gorman 34 29 Billy Gilligan
James Sinlgeton 25 20 Gareth Bragg
Robert Grant 18 13 Vincent Daly
Gleneagle Lakers were visibly tired in the second half and despite a very even first half, Waterford's fitness carried them through for a 24-point victory. 25-26 to Waterford after the first quarter, Dean Kavanagh picked
up an injury and sat out the entire second quarter. Junior International Robert Grant came on and hit 5/5 on the line and Waterford went ahead 55-51 at half time. The entire second half saw Waterford Crystal in control, the third quarter ended 80-71, but it was the final quarter that eliminated the Lakers from victory when Waterford outscored them 30-15.
Hibernian UCD Marian 107 (45) 89(41) Tyrone Towers
Hamp Jones 42 36 Jerrod Paige
Trevor Smullen 25 17 Jamie Dell
Kevin Meaney 12 14 Michael Hand
A double blow for winless Tyrone this weekend having lost to Sligo only hours before. The first quarter finished 24-24 with Marian pulling away to take a 4-point lead going into half time. The third quarter followed the same suit, until two minutes from the end when Marian upped their game and pulled away from Tyrone. Jeff Musudi fouled out for Tyrone in the final quarter, while Marian continued their pressured defense for an easy 107-89 victory.Esat Business Demons 80 (39) 73 (42) Frosties Tigers
John Estick 28 27 Jermaine Turner
Mike Beckles 21 14 Paul Williscroft
Brian Clernon 14 10 John Teahan
Despite more big dunks from Jermaine Turner, Tralee couldn't wrap this one up and picked up their second defeat of the season. The first and second quarters were basket for basket, with Tigers enjoying a 3-point lead at half time. Demon's defense let them down in the first half with Tigers scoring many of their points from forward rebounds. The third quarter saw Demons accelerate and they went out in front. Jermaine Turner hit 21 of his 26 points in the first half and was kept out of the game in the second by an excellent Demons defense. Demon's have one of the strongest Irish sides in this year's league, with Michael Carlos, Brian Clernon and Shane Coughlan good enough to match any of the Americans and Bosmans in the league. There was no stopping Demons in the final quarter and with a minute to go they had the game well wrapped up leading 80-67. In last minute desperation, Tigers pressed, but it was too late and Demons took the well deserved points.

Sasha Meteors 55 (29) 56 (22) Dart Killester
Eileen Bradley 16 14 Emer Brophy
Niamh Furey 10 13 Emma Pearce
Catherine O'Sullivan 9 10 Carmel Kissane
Having held a lead for most of the game Sasha Meteors were robbed of a home victory against Dart Killester. Meteors took an early lead and finished the first quarter 17-16. They stretched the lead in the second quarter and went into half time with a 7-point lead, 29-22. The third quarter was basket for basket with both sides scoring 15-points a-piece. The last quarter saw Killester up their game and outscored Meteors 19-11. With one second remaining in the game, Sinead Harvey was fouled under the baskets and
received two free shots to allow Meteors claim back their game. Harvey missed the first but the second would have pushed the game into extra time. The pressure was too much for Harvey and she missed the second to allow a relieved Killester pick up the points.Bausch & Lomb Wildcats 76 (42) 60 (32) University of Limerick
Catriona White 18 18 Niamh Mulally
Michelle Maguire 16 14 Maire Moriarty
Olivia O'Reilly 15 11 Sinead Leahy
Wildcats regained sole possession of first place on the league table with an excellent performance in front of a full house at Oznam Street. The first quarter was basket for basket with Wildcats up by a point, 14-13 after ten minutes. Wildcats dominated the second quarter and took a 10-point lead going into half time. Limerick played catch up for the rest of the game and their three-point shooting left them down time and time again.Glanmire 61 83 Tolka Rovers
