Kinder London Towers maintained their six point advantage at the top of the Southern Conference with a 83-76 victory over Leicester Riders who continue on their losing ways.  Towers started strong and were ahead 49-29 at the half on the back of a 20-4 tear in the second.  The Riders came back with a 13-2 run to get within 4 at 68-72, but six consecutive foul shots from Brett Eppehimer seal the win for the visitors.  Tim Moore bagged a game-high 24 points for the Riders, while Terrell Myers led the Towers scorers with 22 personal.
 

Thames Valley Tigers 92 (25,44,68) (Meldrum 21, Burks 18, Jamison 16)
Newcastle Eagles 87 (22,43,68) (Myers 25, Hyatt 22, Leak 20)

Thames Valley Tigers got back back to winning ways with a 92-87 victory over the Newcastle Eagles in the BBL Championship.  A tight game throughout saw Newcastle leading 83-79 late in the final quarter, but a 12-2 Tigers run, helped by a Greg Meldrum 3 pointer with 50 seconds remaining took the score to 91-85 and give the Tigers the win.  Shawn Myers top-scored for the Eagles with a game-high 25 points, while Meldrum bagged 21 points for the Tigers. 
 

Derby Storm 88 (24,43,66) (Griffin 29, Peterson 17, Hildreth/Miller 10)
DG London Leopards Kool Kats 114 (23,54,86) (Roibnson 23, Alderson 22, Brown 20)

Leopards climbed to fourth place in the Southern Conference of the BBL Championship with a 114-88 victory over the Derby Storm.  Derby started the stronger and were leading at the end of the first 24-23, but the Leopards stormed back with a 9-0 tear to lead 54-43 at the half.  The Leopards dominated the game and never relinquished the lead to eventually ran out comfortable winners.  Kevin Griffin led all scorers with a game-high 29 points for the Storm, while Mo Robinson bagged 23 for the visitors.
