Chester Jets extended their BBL Championship record to played five and won five with a comfortable 116-78 success at home to Derby Storm on Sunday evening. Jets' outside shooting dominated the first half, as Chester bagged 10 three pointers in the first two quarters. 

They scored 16 of the final 19 points of the half and then opened the third quarter with a 15-0 tear to lead 78-32 and they never looked back. Jets ran their bench in the closing stages, as Storm rallied with some late points, but it was too late to change the result. Nevertheless, the Storm provided the game's top scorer as Kevin Griffin bagged 29 points, while Chester's James Hamilton added 27.

Pertemps Bullets Birmingham left the Manchester Velodrome with the spoils thanks to a 78-65 victory over the Manchester Giants in the BBL Championship on Sunday evening. Although Giants led early on - a 25-19 first quarter advantage - it was the Bullets who rallied thereafter. 

They came back into the game in the second quarter and led 45-35 at half-time, maintaining their advantage in the third quarter. However, Giants did not give up without a fight - with just two minutes to go they trailed by just six points at 65-71, before Bullets hit the last seven points of the game to make the result certain. Brant Bailey and Rashod Johnson each bagged 22 points each for the Bullets, while Rick Micken's game-high 30 points could not prevent Giants remaining pointless.

Nurishment Leicester Riders picked up their second win in as many days with a 104-90
success away to Westfield Sharks Sheffield on Sunday afternoon. The high scoring Riders,
who never trailed in the game, managed an early 9-0 tear giving them a 15-6 advantage. A 9-2
run either side of the first/second quarter break extended that lead to 33-19 and they went on
to post a 24-point half-time advantage at 57-33. Sharks rallied in the second half, getting as
close as seven points at 80-87 with three minutes to go, but Riders responded with an 11-3 run
to seal the victory. Ralph Blalock was Riders' top scorer with a game-high 34 points; Sharks'
Nate Reinking added 33.

Kinder London Towers were back to winning ways on Sunday, with a 91-80 success at home
to Brighton Bears. The home side got off to a great start with 15 of the opening 17 points of the
game. Bears rallied with a 14-3 second quarter run to reduce the deficit and trail by a
recoverable seven points at half-time at 39-32. However, it was Towers who extended their lead
in the third quarter - a 7-0 tear giving them a 58-43 advantage, which proved enough to win the
game. Terrell Myers led the way for Towers with 26 points, but it was Albert White who led all
scorers, bagging 30 points for the Bears.

Thames Valley Tigers             73        (17,35,61)     (Meldrum/Burks 19, Robinson 12)
 
A third quarter charge by the Thames Valley Tigers was the difference between them and the
Milton Keynes Lions, as Tigers picked up their second victory of the weekend with a 73-68
away win on Sunday afternoon. Trailing 39-35 at half-time, Tigers began the third period with an
11-2 tear to lead 46-41. Lions, who had led 19-8 early on, rallied in the fourth quarter and tied
the score at 61-61. However, Greg Meldrum bagged Tigers' last eight points of the game to
secure the win. Meldrum and Eric Burks each scored 19 points to lead the way for Thames
Valley, while Lions' Victor Payne was the game's top scorer with 24 points to his name.
