Thames Valley Tigers notched up their seventh victory of the BBL Championship season with a 104-84 success over the Brighton Bears on Saturday night. 

The Tigers - led by a 34 point haul from John McCord - raced out of the blocks rattling off the opening 7 points of the game on their way to an early 18-2 lead. An early 9-0 blast in the second quarter put the game beyond the visitors reach at 45-21, the home lead in the second half rarely dipping below 20 points. 

Tigers Greg Meldrum added 27 points while Wilbur Johnson and Demetric Reese had 25 each for the Bears.
