Sharks get off Trophy

Westfield Sharks Sheffield secured their
first win of the 2000/01 uni-ball trophy campaign with a 104-75 home success
over Brighton Bears.
An 18-2 final quarter tear saw the Sharks
home, although they had been leading ever since a 10-0 run midway through
the second quarter. This came after a close opening quarter, which saw
Bears leading by a single point at 22-23.
Zac Bennett scored 20 points for the Sharks,
while Kevin Wallace was the game's top scorer with 22 points for the Bears.
