Pertemps Bullets Birmingham handed Natural Flow Newcastle Eagles only their third home
defeat of the season when they downed the Geordies 86-97.

The Eagles had the better of the first half and led by 11 at the interval. 

Bullets though bagged 18 of the opening 23 points in the third quarter to take the lead and the game was close until the closing stages. In the last two minutes the Bullets went on a 9-2 tear to make the game safe. 

Brant Bailey led all scorers with 32 points while Tony Windless fired 22 for the hosts.
