Siemon leaves mark
on the Giants
Milton Keynes Lions strengthened their
hold at the top of Group C in the uni-ball trophy with a convincing 88-72
defeat of the Manchester Giants.
The Lions broke the game open in the 2nd
quarter helped by two unanswered three pointers from Englishman Jake Russell
which gave the hosts a 46-30 advantage from which the Giants could not
recover.
Lions' Jason Siemon continued his return
to scoring form with a game high 21 points while Tony Holley had 20 for
the Giants.
