Chester Jets maintained the pressure on Sheffield at the top of the BBL Championship Northern Conference with a hard fought 71-77 success at Milton Keynes Lions.

The Jets led from tip to buzzer but had to withstand a late fightback from the Lions. Jets Pero Cameron coming up with some big scores including a three pointer late on to move his side 74-69 in front with 2m 30s remaining after the Lions had cut it to just a single basket difference. 

Loren Meyer led the Jets with a game high 25 points and 13 rebounds while Lions' player-coach Nigel Lloyd hit 24 to lead his side.
