London Towers collected their 20th win of the campaign with a 92-82 success over Pertemps Bullets Birmingham and in so doing are one win away from becoming the first team to formally clinch a Southern Conference play-off berth.

Despite 35 minute delay at the start the Towers started strongly and lead by 12 at the end of
the first quarter before 11 points in the second period from England international Yorick Williams
gave Bullets a half-time advantage 46-48.

Birmingham coach Lance Randall was called for a techinical foul with 2.54 left, which saw the Towers bag four quick points and open up an 81-74 lead. With Kendrick Warren getting 14 of his game leading 26 points in the last period Towers never looked back and can now book a post-season spot with either a victory at Newcastle on Friday or a win at Manchester the following day.

Virgel Cobbin top scored for Bullets with 19.
