London Leopards
bounced back to the top of the Southern Conference with a 102-90 win over
Thames Valley at Brentwood.
After an even first
half which ended all square at 42-42, the home side broke the game open
with a 10-2 burst in the third quarter to lead 61-53.
Seven more unanswered
points in the fourth quarter gave the home side a cushion at 81-65 which
they fortified for victory.
John McCord led all
scorers with 32 points while Jason Kimbrough hit 22 of his 29 points for
the Leopards in the second half., his team-mate Rod Brown adding 26.
