Riders moved in sole ownership of fifth place in the Northern Conference
with an 103-92 win over arch-rivals Derby Storm on Sunday.
Riders started the
brighter, but a 6-16 Derby burst in the second quarter put them one point
in front.
The hosts built on
their 44-40 half-time lead thanks to a 14-5 start to the third quarter
which put them up 58-45 and their advantage peaked at 23 late in the period.
Malcolm Leak led
the home side with 27 points, but Storm's Barry Bowman led all scorers
with 33.
