Chester Jets kept up the pressure on Westfield Sharks Sheffield at the top of the BBL

Despite the margin of the final result, the game was close for three quarters, as the Storm led
60-59 heading into the final period. 

In that fourth quarter, the Jets began with a 9-0 burst, which was enough to see them to victory in their final game of 2000. 

Jermaine Brown fouled out for the Storm midway through the final quarter and Jets' James Hamilton soon followed, but Hamilton had already done the damage with a game-high 33 points. Barry Bowman added 26 for Derby who remain sixth.
