Brighton Bears secured their second win of the BBL Championship season, defeating Derby Storm 74-83. 

Bears led 46-56 going into the final quarter of play, but were given a scare  by the hometown Storm, who hit an 8-0 tear to bring the score to within one point at 60-61. 

It was not enough, as Bears responded with a 9-2 run and went on to win the game. Kevin Wallace was the Bears top marksman with 20 points, but Derby's latest recruit, Antonio Garcia led all scorers with 26 points.

Brighton debut boy Demetrius Reese notched 17.
