Chester
Jets - the only remaining unbeaten team in the BBL Championship - got the
better of Leicester Riders on Sunday evening, to win 93-82 at the Northgate
Arena.
It was a game that
Jets dominated throughout - they started well and had an 11-4 run to lead
17-9 with four minutes of the first quarter remaining.
They never trailed
again, although Riders did have an 0-11 tear in the third period to reduce
the deficit to 64-56, and they then finished the game with a 8-16 run,
to no avail.
James Hamilton led
all scorers with 29 points, to the 23 Larry Johnson added for Leicester.
