Chester Jets kept up the pressure on the
Leopards at the top of uni-ball trophy Group A with a easy 90-64 victory
over the Bears.
The Jets - still smarting after their first
BBL defeat the previous night - started the game with 13 of the first 15
points and were rarely in trouble after that.
James Hamilton hit 10 second quarter points
as his side opened up a
54-26 advantage at the break which was
maintained in the latter stages.
Loren Meyer led all scorers with 25 with
Tarik Wallace chipping in with 20. Kevin Wallace on 12 was Brighton's leading
marksman, his team languishing with a 0-5 record.
