Pertemps Bullets Birmingham pulled off a sensational comeback to defeat the Manchester
Giants 78-73 in the BBL Championship.

However, the visiting Giants had led by as many as 16 points at 43-59 in the third quarter, and it took runs of 11-2 and 15-5 in the final quarter to pull the Bullets back into the game.

In the closing minutes, three-point plays by Emiko Etete and Brant Bailey put the Bullets 75-71 to the good and they made the game safe from the foul line.

Bailey hit a game-high 23 points for the Bullets who moved up into the top four in the Southern Conference for the first time in six weeks.

Brian Reese added 21 for the defeated Giants.
