Teesside crowned as NBL kings
After leading NBL Division One from almost the beginning of the campaign, Teesside Mohawks finally wrapped up the league title after a 93-83 defeat of Westminster in front of a jubilatory Eston Centre crowd.
Tony Hanson's team saw Solent's reign as champions end after their loss to Worthing on Friday night and they killed any chance of the Rebels snatching the leadership away by overcoming the Londoners.
Attitude pays off as Manchester win D2
The decision of Joe Forber and his band of merry men to continue NBL basketball in Manchester has paid off just two years after the City of Manchester club stepped up to take over Giants reserve side.
The Attitude secured the Division Two title with one game remaining after a dramatic 64-66 win at Wandsworth on Sunday.
