BBL Eagles snap ten game losing streak
Newcastle Eagles finally snapped a 10 game losing streak with a 107-95 victory over the injury hit Pertemps Bullets Birmingham at Telewest Arena.
The Eagles led from tip to buzzer after rattling off the opening 10 points of the tie and indeed led by as many as 29 at 79-50 with two minutes of the third quarter
remaining.The Bullets bounced back instantly rattling off a 3-20 tear but they could find no way back.
Eagles Ralph Blalock scored a game 37 points, on a positive note for the Bullets Shawn Jamison returned from injury with 32.
