Hampton, Castanada take All-Starring roles
The finest players in the NBL came out into the spotlight on Sunday in Coventry and it was honours even in the two versions of the All Star Game - the South winning in the men's game and the North taking the honours in the Women's match.
Worthing Rebels' American star Sean Hampton took the MVP prize after notching 26 as his side, coached by club boss Neil McElduff, won 134-129.
Sharon Castanada once again showed herself to be the finest female player in the country, earning MVP honours in leading her Northern selection to a 77-74 win.
