BBL Mims gets no reward on Brentwood return
Former Leopards boss Billy Mims made an emotional first trip back to Brentwood since his dismissal from the club last autumn but left without the points as the Renault Leicester Riders were beaten 112-99 by his old side.
Despite leading for most of the game, Leopards - under Mims' replacement Bob Donewald - failed to take advantage of their seven point half-time cushion and pulled clear only in the final quarter.
The Riders were very much still in the hunt at 75-67 down with 10 minutes to go but despite 18 points from fit-again Rob Wilson, they could not close further..
Western Michigan alumni Jason Kimbrough on 31 and Rashod Johnson on 26 - led the Leopards scoring, with Kevin St Kitts leading the charge for the Riders
with 24.
