BBL Riders have no answer for Giants front duo
Manchester Giants posted their ninth consecutive Dairylea Dunkers Championship win - and inflicted Leicester's fourth loss in five starts - with an ultimately convincing 87-104 victory.
Leicester dominated the early stages, leading for all but 60 seconds of the first half which ended 46-45 in the home side's favour.
But with Tony Dorsey and Roy Hairston top scoring with 31 points each, the Giants nosed ahead early in the second to go 54-62 ahead, and never looked back. Malcolm Leak hit a team-high 25 points for the Riders.
The win sees Nick Nurse's side move two points clear of Westfield Sharks Sheffield at the top of the Northern Conference.
