Bullets snap five-game skid with Riders defeat
Pertemps Bullets Birmingham snapped their five-game New Year skid with a resounding 81-104 victory at Leicester, a result which should eleviate some of the pressure which has been accumulating on Mike Finger's shoulders.
Bullets took early control with a 18-26 first quarter lead and continued to pull away, leading 37-48 at half-time and 58-76 at the end of the third period.
Shawn Jamison headed the Bullets' charge with 38 points, landing 16 from 19 shooting attempts from the floor. Nigel Lloyd added 30 points for Bullets, with Leicester's scoring led by Troy Coleman, who netted 19.
