Losses for home duo rule title out
Scotland and Wales both saw their hopes of European glory obliterated on the penultimate day of the Promotions Cup after defeats to the likely top placed duo.
Wales came close though to upsetting unbeaten Andorra, pushing the hosts into overtime before losing 64-62.
However an injury to Edinburgh Rocks' Ross Szifris after just three minutes dashed Scotland's hopes of overcoming San Marino. The guard was taken to hospital and in his absence, the tiny kingdom within Italy romped clear for a 81-64 victory.
