BBL Dorsey, Hairston supreme in Giants win
A full house at the Northgate Arena witnessed the North West derby between Chester Jets and Manchester Giants, which the visitors deservedly won 82-99.
Nick Nurse's men broke open the game in the second quarter with a 2-15 run following a close opening quarter and they never trailed after that. Manchester led by 12 at half time and extended that lead to 14 points at the end of the
third, after a three pointer from the half-way line from Giants' Travis Conlan on the buzzer.That shot summed up the game for Giants, who were thoroughly dominant in ending their hosts' ffive game winning streak as Tony Dorsey and Roy Hairston each bagged 30 points, while Jets' James Hamilton netted 23.
