BBL Giants end Bears run of wins
Manchester Giants secured their 18th successive win in the Dairylea Dunkers Championship with an 77-89- win away to Brighton Bears.
Tony Dorsey was the star man, with a game-high 27 points, as the Giants dominated the encounter from start to finish. Leading 45-33 at half-time following a 15-2 run in the second period.
The visitors extended their advantage in the third period and an 11-3 run in the final minutes made the result certain. Lormont Sharp was the Bears' top marksman, with 19 points.
