BBL Lloyd guides Birmingham past Leopards
Despite winning their final home game of the season 98-81 over adidas
London Leopards, Birmingham Bullets finish the season in third in the Southern Conference, courtesy of a Thames Valley Tigers win against London Towers.A 15-2 run by the hometown side in the first quarter, saw Bullets take
a 24-15 lead going into the second and although Leopards pulled
back to 37-34, that was the closest they got with Brandon Brantley their leading marksman with a lowly 15 point haul.Nigel Lloyd led all scorers with 24, Shawn Jamison adding 18.
Despite the result, Leopards have avoided the wooden spoon in the South, as Brighton's loss puts them bottom after Leopards won the head-to-head series.
